Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, Japanese technique that uses Universal Life Force Energy to help clear stagnant energy from the body. This helps reduce stress, acquire peace, and helps restore both physical and emotional balance. Your session will begin with gentle breathwork to help your relax and bring yourself into your body, and will also include aromatherapy.

Because there is no time or space with this energy, Reiki can also be given and received at a distance.

Sound Healing

The vibration of sound is very powerful. There are many scientific studies on the countless benefits. Sound healing helps align the body’s seven main energy centers (chakras). Because the human body is made of mainly water, it is very receptive to the vibrations of sound, which in turn helps bring the body into a state of balance and harmony for optimal healing. Pain management, stress reduction, fewer headaches, and improved sleep are a few of the many benefits to this therapy.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” allows you to experience a state of conscious relaxation while remaining awake and aware. I will guide you through the development of your Sankalpa (heart’s desire), rotation through systematic consciousness, and a journey through different layers of your being. All that is required of you is to lie down comfortably and allow yourself to be guided and supported while
acquiring peace, balance and presence within. Benefits include deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep and an increase in self- awareness.

Gong Therapy Session

A time to let go and re-set your nervous system. Rejuvenate the body and mind, and let the sounds & vibrations of the gong to carry you on a relaxing, meditative journey. Space Clearing

Reiki for Pets

Animals of all kinds are very open and receptive to the healing energy of Reiki. Reiki helps relieve pain, reduces stress and anxiety, strengthens the immune system, and promotes healing as well as overall health and well being for your pet.

Reiki also calms and assists animals during end of life to help with the transition process.
