Reconnecting you to your core, and/or to spirit….animals, plants, the elements or ancestors in order to gain access to wisdom and energies that may be needed for healing, enhancing your sense of empowerment, to restore balance, reconnecting to the core of who you are. The ceremony will conclude with healing through sound by means of the crystal bowls, then both Stephen & Jen will transition into the cosmic, sacred healing sound waves of the gongs, as we connect with ourselves & explore the depths of our consciousness. Releasing any tension and stress while experiencing a heightened state of awareness.
