The Autumnal Equinox is a sacred time of balance and harmony, when day and night are equal in length. It signals us to slow down, turn inward, & can be a time for reflection and introspection, as we honor the harvest and accomplishments of the year.
We will honor this special time in ceremony by
🍂Giving thanks - Expressing gratitude for the harvest and for what has been accomplished in the year. This can be done out loud, in a journal, or by acknowledging both the light and the dark.
🍂Making offerings - Offer fruits and vegetables, and giving back to the earth a portion of what was created during the harvest.
The ceremony will conclude with the healing sound waves of the gongs, helping us to connect with ourselves as we explore the depths of our consciousness. Releasing tension and stress while experiencing a heightened state of awareness, as we journey through the transition of the seasons.
We are honored to provide a safe, nurturing and respectful space for this transformative experience.
