Join us for a powerful evening of release as you exhale and expand into your being. Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit, letting go of any tension and stress, coming back to center as you bathe in the healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and crystal bowls. The gongs will carry us into a relaxing, meditative journey, as the crystal bowls will rebalance and align the chakras. Reiki will be provided during the evening to help restore physical and emotional balance.
