We will begin with a short meditation to help connect to ourselves, focusing on what needs to be released, in order to bring trust and balance into this next cycle ahead.
Healing instruments will intuitively be incorporated into the evening, such as drumming, crystal bowls, tuning forks ocean drum, the gong, and chimes.
