Yoga Nidra + Sound

Yoga Nidra, also known as "Yogic Sleep", allows you to experience a state of conscious relaxation while remaining awake and aware. You will be guided through a journey providing deep mental, emotional and physical relaxation, as you are bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the singing crystal bowls & gongs. This technique provides many benefits including deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep and increased self-awareness. One session is equal to 4 hrs of deep sleep.
